TAKTIKA Modular bulletproof vest

Ballistic thigh pads have a unique design that allows to equip and remove them easily without assistance. The thigh pads are fixed and adjusted via elastic bands and an adjustable belt. Having the belt of their own, thigh pads operate independently from the rest of the system. Thigh pads have good ergonomics and a large protection area that covers all vital arteries.

TAKTIKA Light bulletproof vest

The vest configuration is modifiable, protection grade-wise to be better suited for a particular battle task.

The entire vest area is fitted with removable Br 1/S protection grade ballistic package. Taktika can be reinforced with armour panels up to Br 5 protection grade. The vest is equipped with an evacuation handle, a quick-release system, and a removable cummerbund with pockets for armour elements.

A protective belt is a combat gear carriage system. The belt configuration allows to rebalance the equipment weight for higher carrier convenience.

The entire belt area is fitted with removable Br 1/S protection grade ballistic package which enhances the carrier protection area when using the belt together with Taktika.

CORSET Body armor

Version of the MCS with the increased area of fragmentation protection and option to install a weight distribution system. The integrated polymer frame of the corset system effectively distributes the load on the user’s torso and allows to carry more ammunition and equipment elements comfortably.

Ability to adjust the position of body armor relative to vital organs, for a specific set of clothing, without taking off the vest.

Design of front and back armor plate bags makes it possible to place the armor plate (up to 350х270х25mm).

Installation of fragmentation protection armor elements in the corset system (CS) provides additional protection for the side of the torso.

Design of the corset system allows to install corset system supporting guides (CSSG).

Design of the corset provides the quick release system of the vest.

Quick-release fasteners on the front panel allow rapid replacement of pouches.

Cummerbund and shoulder strap adapters allow to put on and take off the vest comfortably.

Ability to attach modules for additional armor protection.

Ability to attach shock absorber pad.

The product is certified in accordance with GOST Standard 34286-2017, and has protection class of C2, Br1, Br3 and Br5. Soft armor certified as C2 class, fragmentation resistance V50 – 630 m/s.

KIRASA-BP Tactical vest

KIRASA-BP is designed to accommodate and transport weapons, ammunition and other items of equipment, as well as to place removable bulletproof armour plates to protect human vital organs from the chest and back from being hit by bullets from rifles and machine guns. Armour plates can be included in the delivery set.

A standard delivery set includes NIJ IV ceramic armour plates. The protection area of one armour plate is not less than 7.5 dm2. The weight of one armour plate is not more than 3.45 kg.

The design of the vest provides anti-ricochet protection from secondary fragments generated during shelling of armour plates.

The vest is equipped with a unified attachment system for removable pouches for additional equipment, which provides maximum variability of their placement, taking into account the user’s needs.

TOPAZ MODULAR Bulletproof vest

Topaz can be reinforced with Br 5 silicon carbide armour panels (for chest and back sections, side sections, groin pad, waist pad).

The collar itself can be reinforced with a Br 2 UHMWPE armour panel.

The bullet-proof vest has a dampened mesh over the entire internal area for purposes of ventilation and blunt trauma reduction.

Topaz is equipped with a single-point weapon belt, a single-hand operable quick-release system, a reinforced evacuation handle, an additional belt for attaching a bullet-proof shield, and a Molle system to place pouches needed for various additional weaponry.

KIRASA A6-IV Tactical body armour

Designed to protect the torso from being hit by small arms bullets.

NIJ IV protection level is provided by removable ceramic armour plates.

Kirasa A6-IV has an emergency release system, which is activated by either hand in various positions (standing, lying, sitting, when immersed in water), which may be necessary when suddenly falling into a deep body of water or when providing medical care to a wounded.

The body armour is equipped with a unified attachment system for removable pouches and has a non-removable splinter-proof collar to protect the neck.

At the request of the customer, the bulletproof vest can be supplied in an extended configuration – with additional removable protection elements (shoulder pads and an apron).

TOR LIGHT Bulletproof helmet

Night vision device, active radio earphones, tactical lights, dash-cams, infrared beacons, and maxillofacial protection gear can all be equipped with Tor.

The helmet shell side covers configurations differ allowing to tackle various tasks:

The Tor is Br 1 protection grade and shields the carrier from shell fragments with V50 ≥ 500 or 630 m/s penetrating power.

ELBRUS-T Titanium combat helmets

Elbrus-T is an innovative titanium ballistic helmet. It consists of a forged shell with composite liner and welded rim made of high strength titanium alloy. The composition allows manufacturing helmet of large coverage with a weight at the level of weights of full-composite helmets.

In addition, the titanium shell has substantial advantages in terms of endurance, rigidity, low level of blunt trauma, protection against real fragments and ricocheting bullets. The helmet is completed with a quick-detachable visor.

TOR-2 Assault bulletproof helmet

Tor-2 has a removable visor and an integrated extra equipment installation system. Night vision device, active radio earphones, tactical lights, dash-cams, infrared beacons, and a maxillofacial protection gear can all be equipped.

The visor is fixed in the side rails in two positions. An anti-vibration system consists of soft energy-absorbing pads minimizing the impact felt by the carrier if the helmet remains intact and maximizing the carrier’s comfort. The visor is Br 1 protection grade.

The helmet side covers configurations differ allowing to tackle various tasks:

Tor-2 is a Br 2 helmet which also protects the carrier from shell fragments with V50 ≥ 750 m/s penetrating power.

KONDOR Protective glasses

Shields the eye-zone from shell fragments, weather impact and mechanical damage. The glasses come with removable elements. These are the nasal section and telescopic arms with a safety cord mount vent.

KASKAD Shock protection kit

Provides protection of the legs, arms and shoulders of a person from possible injuries from blows with sticks, metal rods and thrown objects.

Delivery set:

protective shoulder pads;

2 protective shields of the forearm and elbow joint;

2 protective shields on the wrist;

2 protective shields of the lower leg and knee joint.

PYREI PROTECTIVE SHOCKPROOF OUTFIT

The outfit consists of a shock-proof helmet, a shock-proof vest, shock-proof armour plates, non-ignitable overalls and non-ignitable under-clothing.

The protective shockproof helmet sustains a sharp object hit up to 49 J, a blunt object hit up to 119 J and endures naked flame for 15 seconds. The main visor sustains blunt object hits up to 26 J.

The protective shockproof armour plates sustain blunt object hits up to 49 J and are able to endure naked flame for up to 15 seconds.

The protective shock-proof vest sustains blunt object hits up to 49 J and is able to endure naked flame for up to 15 seconds.

The non-ignitable overalls and under-clothing endure naked flame for up to 10 seconds.
